From Vision to Reality: The Journey of Elogic
Foundation
In 2005, Mr. Latheef VP, Chairman of the Forum Group of Companies, brought his entrepreneurial spirit to the heart of Africa. After building several successful ventures in Dubai, he arrived in the Democratic Republic of Congo and laid the foundation of Faabitron in the city of Lubumbashi. Establishing a business in Africa during those years was nothing short of Herculean, but with perseverance and vision, Faabitron, currently Forum Electronics quickly became a trusted name in electronics and accessories.
Expanding beyond borders
Elogic established operations in Dubai, UAE, and Bangalore, India, enabling access to global resources and technical expertise. Today, Elogic continues its journey of innovation, offering cutting-edge IT solutions and infrastructure services tailored for emerging markets.
Transformation
Soon after, Mr. Jamsheer joined the journey, and together they transformed Faabitron from a modest startup into a leading supplier in the region. As the DRC evolved into a booming mining economy, the need for reliable, scalable IT infrastructure became increasingly vital.
Elogic SARL
Identifying this shift, Elogic SARL was founded in 2018 by a team of IT industry veterans with a mission to serve the growing technological demands of the region’s industries. With its customer-first approach, Elogic rapidly built a reputation as one of the most dependable IT partners in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
